PRESS RELEASE

KTP GLOBAL INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN THAI GOVERNMENT CLEAN-ENERGY TRANSITION & EV INITIATIVE

August 23, 2026;  BANGKOK, THAILAND / VANCOUVER, CANADA - For Immediate Press Release -

KTP Global ™, an International Business, Trade and Management Consultancy, announced today that it has been invited to participate and to support the Investment Planning, Sourcing & Procurement, Project Development, and Strategic Implementation of Electric Vehicle Leasing and Charging Infrastructure Program in Thailand.

The initiative is being developed to support the transition toward greater utilization of electric vehicles (EVs), EV leasing services and EV charging infrastructure across selected Thai government agencies and local administrative organizations.  The proposed program is expected to encompass a broad range of public-sector facilities and institutions, including municipalities, hospitals, schools and other government-related organizations, with the objective of establishing an economically sustainable and scalable framework for the adoption of electric mobility and supporting infrastructure.

KTP Global will work alongside other designated trade, investment and procurement consultants and relevant stakeholders to assist in the development of the project's commercial, technical and implementation framework.

Strategic Role for KTP Global

Under the invitation, KTP Global is expected to contribute its international business development, investment advisory, trade facilitation, project development and management-consulting capabilities to the initiative.

Among the principal areas under consideration are:

1. Investment Plan and Pricing Structure

Development of an investment framework addressing capital requirements, vehicle and charging infrastructure costs, sourcing & procurement, leasing structures, operating expenses, pricing models and other commercial considerations necessary to establish a sustainable project model.

2. Investment Return, Revenue-Sharing and Benefit Structure

Development of potential investment-return mechanisms, revenue-sharing arrangements and other financial and economic benefit structures designed to align the interests of participating investors, service providers, government entities and local administrative organizations.

3. Technical Details, Management Systems and Services

Evaluation and development of technical specifications and operational requirements for EVs, charging systems, fleet management, charging-network management, maintenance, monitoring, data management, customer/service support and other associated systems and services.

4. Implementation Plan and Timeline

Development of a phased implementation strategy establishing project milestones, deployment priorities, procurement and investment processes, technical implementation, commissioning, operational management and potential nationwide or regional expansion.

Supporting Thailand's EV and Clean-Energy Transition

KTP's participation comes at a time when Thailand continues to strengthen its position as a regional center for electric mobility and clean-energy development.

Thailand's government has continued to advance policies supporting EV adoption, domestic EV production and charging infrastructure. Recent government policy announcements have specifically identified the expansion of EV charging stations and the promotion of electric vehicles as components of the country's broader energy-transition strategy.

Thailand has also continued to promote investment throughout the EV value chain. In July 2026, Thailand's Board of Investment reported that investment promotion across the country's EV ecosystem had exceeded THB 137 billion, covering electric vehicles, batteries, key components and charging stations.

Against this backdrop, the proposed government-sector initiative represents an opportunity to explore how electric mobility can be introduced through structured investment, leasing and infrastructure models that are practical, financially sustainable and adaptable to the needs of public-sector organizations.

KTP's multidisciplinary approach enables it to develop tailored strategies that integrate commercial objectives, investment considerations, regulatory requirements, technology, operational management and long-term sustainability.

A Platform for International Cooperation

KTP Global views the proposed initiative as an important opportunity to facilitate cooperation between Thai public-sector organizations, international investors, technology providers, EV manufacturers, infrastructure developers, financial institutions and other qualified private-sector participants.

The company will seek to contribute to the development of a framework capable of supporting transparent, commercially viable and mutually beneficial partnerships, while recognizing the importance of applicable Thai laws, regulations, public procurement requirements and government approval processes.

"The transition to electric mobility requires more than simply supplying vehicles. It requires an integrated approach encompassing investment, financing, infrastructure, technology, fleet management, charging systems, maintenance and long-term operational sustainability. KTP looks forward to working with the relevant stakeholders to explore a model that can deliver meaningful economic and environmental benefits to Thailand's public sector and the communities it serves."

Building a Sustainable Public-Sector EV Ecosystem

The proposed initiative is intended to explore an integrated approach in which EV procurement or leasing and charging infrastructure can be developed as interconnected components of a broader public-sector mobility strategy.

Potential benefits may include modernization of government vehicle fleets, improved transportation efficiency, development of EV charging infrastructure, reduction of conventional-fuel dependency, enhanced energy efficiency and the creation of new opportunities for technology, investment and service providers.

The program may also provide a framework through which participating municipalities, hospitals, schools and other public-sector institutions can evaluate EV adoption according to their individual operational requirements and financial capabilities.

Confidentiality and Project Status

KTP Global emphasizes that the proposed initiative is currently subject to ongoing discussions, evaluation, commercial structuring, due diligence and the applicable governmental and regulatory processes.

Any future project, investment, procurement, partnership or implementation arrangement will remain subject to the appropriate government approvals, procurement procedures, contractual arrangements, regulatory requirements, technical evaluations and applicable laws and regulations of Thailand. KTP Global will provide further information regarding the initiative when disclosure is authorized and appropriate.
